     TREE is a central archetype in the "Restoring Connection" model.  One of the guided experiences shared involves connecting with a tree and sensing its' roots going deep down into the ground.  Some people report being able to feel the earth's nurturing, holding energy when they do this.  All of creation is alive, pulsing with energy and we are interconnected.

Invite yourself to take a few moments to simply behold the leaf, welcoming whatever you notice about it ... Perhaps you first notice the color itself ... then the richness of the color.  Maybe you notice its' texture, like the lines in it ... or something else entirely.  If your mind wanders, that's totally natural.  Just notice you're drifting and bring your awareness back to the leaf, once again welcoming whatever you notice about it as part of your unique experience.

On Sun. 10/11 my office was completely filled with a totally happening new group, eagerly beginning module 1 of "Restoring Connection".  While leading the workshop I remembered an astrologer telling me over 10 yrs. ago, "You're a master synthesizer.  Have you written a book yet?"  At the time what he said seemed far fetched to me.  On days like Sun. it doesn't.  :)
