Honoring John O'Donohue on St. P's Day

This is one of my all-time favorite photos, taken in Adair, Ireland in 1992.  It is of the inside ruins of an abbey found in the midst of a golf course.  As I walked towards the ruins golfers kept yelling out "mind your head lass!".  Standing there taking this picture, a tremendous surge of emotion welled up inside of me; I strongly sensed the presence of The Divine.
I would like to dedicate this photo to the late great author, scholar and modern mystic, John O'Donohue.  ANAM CARA: A BOOK OF CELTIC WISDOM is the poetic prose description of "Restoring Connection: Experiencing True Joy".

Snowflakes are one of nature's most fragile things, but just look what they can do when they stick together.
