Through "The Focusing Institute" Elizabeth's had the privilege of teaching:
Restoring Connection® With Life & Thriving naturally emerged from within an ongoing experiential study group of helping professionals, which Elizabeth had the privilege of leading in New York City from 2006 - 2009. Without this original group there would be no Restoring Connection approach, which continues to evolve. It was at the 2008 International Focusing Conference that she first had the pleasure of presenting to an enthusiastic audience, Restoring Connection, for which Eugene Gendlin's Focusing serves as an underpinning. And in May of 2014 she presented "Resiliency In Relationship: The Neurobiology of Rupture and Repair", aspects of Restoring Connection, at the International Conference of Focusing-Oriented Therapies. Her journal publications include: "The King's Speech: Through The Lens of an Eloquent Case Presentation", Transformance: The AEDP Journal, March 2011. "Integration for Increased Safety and Carrying Forward", The Folio: A Journal for Focusing and Experiential Therapy, Volume 25, Number 1, 2014. |
